Sarah Swider Kramer, MD, MBA
Chief Digital Officer
An executive leader with over two decades of experience in using health information technology to improve the safety, effectiveness, and experience of care for patients, families, and providers. Dr. Kramer has led digital transformation initiatives in medium and large health systems, including the implementation of electronic health records, web and mobile solutions for patients, clinicians, and support staff, as well as analytic platforms for regulatory and quality reporting, physician compensation, and operational efficiency.
Chris Rodgers, CPA, MBA
Chief Investment Officer
Bringing more than 15 years of leadership in investment strategy, acquisitions, and large-scale development across Canada, Chris was previously Vice President of Investments at Summit Industrial Income REIT, where he contributed to the company’s growth from $75 million in assets to a $5.9 billion privatization. Over his career, he has led more than $3.2 billion in acquisitions and $1.1 billion in development projects.
Dr. Justin Coran
Chief Data and AI Officer
An analytics executive, data scientist, and AI100 award recipient for AI/ML development and implementation among executive leaders. Dr. Coran’s expertise spans AI/ML, data engineering, statistical analysis, cloud-based infrastructure, governance frameworks for data, analytics, and AI, and the design of reporting and visualisation systems. He has led the development of innovative AI and analytic solutions across healthcare operational and clinical domains.
Steven J. Goe, FACHE EDAC
Vice President, Hospital Development and Facility Planning
Drawing on extensive experience in healthcare facility design and planning across the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. Steven advises health organizations on strategic facility solutions that enhance financial performance, quality, and safety outcomes. He is widely recognised for developing both short- and long-term models for optimising healthcare delivery and redesigning care environments to meet evolving patient and operational needs.
Raffaella Molteni
Vice President, Advisory Services and Medical Destination Programs
A recognised expert in national and international patient services, with deep experience in loyalty, hospitality, and concierge programs. Raffaella developed the first formal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative within a leading U.S. healthcare organisation to strengthen patient loyalty through integrated service and marketing strategies. Her work focuses on creating seamless, patient-centred experiences that enhance engagement and satisfaction.

In more than 35 years of executive healthcare experience, Michael has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for hospitals across the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. His leadership spans both for-profit and not-for-profit academic healthcare systems, where he has driven operational excellence, clinical quality, and sustainable growth through strategic management and workforce development.

With over four decades of experience in perioperative nursing care, Claire specializes in ambulatory surgery, evidence-based practices for optimal patient outcomes, and workflow efficiency. Throughout her career, she remains dedicated to fostering collaborative environments that promote continuous improvement and clinical standards of excellence across the ambulatory surgery continuum.

A senior finance leader with over 17 years of experience building high-performing finance functions designed for scalable growth and executing complex transactions in both private and public-company environments. Charlene combines deep transaction and capital markets experience with operational rigour, and a proven track record of aligning finance teams to deliver value.
